  • What is Made to Order?
    Given our extensive range of sizes (XXSM-6X), maintaining stock on hand at all times would be prohibitively costly and space-consuming. Therefore, we operate on a Made-to-Order model. This approach enables us, as a small brand, to offer a diverse array of sizes and designs while granting customers the flexibility to choose from various colorways, sleeve styles, and more. Moreover, the Made-to-Order business model promotes more mindful shopping habits, conserves resources, and minimizes carbon emissions, thereby alleviating some of the environmental strain associated with the fashion industry. Unlike fast fashion, which often ends up in landfills within a year of purchase, many of our Bunni Designs customers have cherished their purchases for years — Bunni personally owns dresses that are a decade old! However, it's essential to acknowledge the drawback of Made-to-Order, namely the longer wait times. Currently, the turnaround for items on our main website is 6-8 weeks. Additionally, due to the personalized nature of each order, size exchanges can be challenging. For quicker service, we offer faster turnaround times on our Etsy shop - www.lovelibunni.com!
  • Shipping Costs
    💌 US DOMESTIC: $8 💌 INTERNATIONAL: $18 - $28 Our Loveli Bunni shop has much more affordable options for International shipping ❣ Buyer is responsible for any fees or actions required to receive your package from customs. 
  • Production & Shipping Times
    Unless otherwise noted, all of our apparel is ✂️ made-to-order ✂️. When you place an order with us we make it specifically for you, which takes time but cuts down on a lot of waste & cost involved with keeping things in stock. Typically, our production time is 4-6 weeks, however, because of production and shipping delays in light of the pandemic our current turnaround is 6-8 weeks. Add additional 2 weeks for International orders. It may take a little shorter or longer, this is an estimate. 💌 US DOMESTIC: Please allow around 4 - 8 weeks. 💌 INTERNATIONAL: Please allow around 6 - 8 weeks. ⚡️📮 Because of the delays mail carriers have been experiencing since the pandemic started in 2020 we are unable to guarantee delivery times at this time. Please be aware that once your package leaves our hands we have no control over it or any delays that may arise. Our small brand thanks you for your understanding, patience, and support. 📮⚡️ ​

  • Sizing
    Each product listed has an in-depth size chart you can reference. Please check the individual size charts for each item to determine which size would best fit you. Not all apparel fits the same, which is why we provide detailed notes on the size charts. Because of the hand-made nature of these items measurements can vary up to 1 inch. We have all of our size charts along with photos of our models and what sizes they are wearing here: SIZE CHARTS. If you need assistance in deciding what size to purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us. We want you to be comfortable and happy in the apparel you order from us.🌸
  • Return & Exchange Policy
    Please contact us within 72 hours in the event that you receive a wrong or defective item and we will send an exchange or refund. ❣ We cannot refund due to ordering the incorrect size ❣ We only offer refunds or exchanges in the event that you receive a wrong or defective item. Because each item is made for you specifically when you order we are left out of pocket for our production team's labor, material costs, and any guest artist's commissions. This can really strain a small business such as ourselves. We hope one day to grow big enough to be able to offer effortless returns/exchanges but it is not feasible at this time. We urge our customers to look over our detailed size charts carefully before ordering. Please contact us if you need help selecting which size to order.
  • Washing Instructions
    Most garments will have a tag inside with specific instructions, however, here are our general care instructions that should apply for most: ​​ Turn garments inside out and machine or hand wash on a cold, gentle cycle. Please make sure garments are not in the same washer load as any velcro or zippers to avoid snagging the material. For garments with lots of straps ( ex: Fairy Hem Dress ) place in a mesh delicates bag. Air or tumble dry with no or low heat for best results. Keep 100% cotton apparel away from all heat. Steaming is recommended over ironing but if ironing, be sure to set to the lowest heat for synthetic fabrics and iron inside-out. ⚠️ Please be aware our 100% cotton apparel is susceptible to shrinkage due to the natural fibers. Avoid washing or drying with heat! If you think yours may end up in a hot washer or dryer we suggest ordering one size up to accommodate for any potential shrinkage. 🧼Hand washing and air-drying will prolong the lifespan of any garment compared to machine washing. Despite Bunni tossing hers in the washer and dryer for years without problems, it's advisable to prioritize better care for your clothes than she typically does. 😋
  • Additonal Care Tips
    For stain removal, we recommend using Shout Advanced Gel or something similar. Apply stain remover as soon as you can. If your apparel has any signs of piling ( typically from snagging or brushing against corse things ) you can restore the fabric using a fabric shaver / defuzzer or razor. For items that have a lot of straps ( ex: Fairy Hem Dress ) we suggest using a mesh delicates bag.
  • Shipping Policies
    💌 Please double-check that you’ve entered the correct mailing address when ordering to avoid delays and having to re-purchase postage. 💌 If your order is marked as delivered by the mail carrier but was lost/stolen we can only offer a refund/replacement if a claim is approved by the carrier. 💌 Buyer is responsible for any fees or actions required to receive your package from customs. 
  • Cancellation Policy
    ⚡️ IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER FOR ANY REASON PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS ⚡️ We cannot issue a full refund if you cancel after our team has started creating your order. Because each item is specifically made for you when you order we are left out of pocket for our production team's labor & material costs, which really strains a small business such as ourselves. We hope one day to grow big enough to be able to offer effortless cancellations, however, it is not feasible at this time.
